Payment is by credit card, unless you have previously arranged to be invoiced (contact us to do this). Software is delivered electronically or, for an additional charge, you may have software shipped to you on CD.

We are available from 8am to 5pm Chicago time. To purchase by email, or regular mail, provide the following information:

• email address (if available)
• Ship to customer name and address
• Bill to customer name and address
• Exact product name, description and number of users (if applicable)
• Internet or diskette software delivery
• Purchase price
• Method of payment: credit card or invoice
  If credit card, provide card type, card number, customer name and expiration date.
  If invoice, shipment may be delayed while credit is established.
