DB/C FS Software Use License

DB/C Software Company owns the DB/C FS software programs and licenses their use. These programs are copyrighted by DB/C Software Company.

DB/C Software Company grants you a license to use these programs. By using these programs, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Your license to use this software is effective until terminated. Your license will terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.

You may not use, copy, modify or transfer these programs except as provided for in this agreement.

You may copy the programs into machine readable format for backup purposes in support of your use of the programs.

The DB/C FS software consists of server-side software and client-side software. The server-side software consists of the dbcfs and dbcfsrun executable programs. The client-side software includes the ODBC driver software and the JDBC driver software.

You may install the DB/C FS server-side software on one computer or network server.

You may install the DB/C FS client-side software on any number of computers at any number of locations in support of server-side DB/C FS programs.

You may transfer the programs and license to another party if the other party accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you transfer the programs to another party, you must destroy all of your copies of the programs.

LIMITED WARRANTY. The programs and documentation are provided "as is with any and all faults". No warranty of any kind is made. You assume all risks including, but not limited to, the fitness for a particular purpose, performance, accuracy or reliability of the programs.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event will DB/C Software Company be liable to you for any damages including any lost profits, lost savings, loss or destruction of data or other special or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use these programs.
