     There's no article and not much to report about this month.  The
computer industry seems to be slowing somewhat.  I'm not sure whether
everyone is waiting for Windows Vista to announce new initiatives and
products, or maybe we're finally seeing the maturity of our industry.

     I hope your summer (or winter for those down under) was a good one!
