                              News and Comments

     It's been another successful year for DB/C Software Company.  Two new
major releases occurred this year - DB/C DX 14 and DB/C FS 4.  Both new
releases were eagerly awaited and have been well received.

     Our conversion to virtual offices has been quite a change.  My primary
concern was communications, both with customers and amongst the employees.
We switched our phones to VOIP (Vonage) which has been quite an experience
itself.  It's not been without its glitches, but I think we've figured it
out and we're now settling into a comfortable routine.  Don't hesitate to
contact me if it appears we're not communicating well with you.

     We plan to focus on adding more features to DB/C DX and DDT in 2006.
And we may actually have to start work on compatibility with Windows Vista
which now appears to be less than two years away!
