Access the JX Source CodeThe source code for JX 3 is available through the CVS server at dbcsoftware.com. You can access the JX source code project through your own CVS client software or through the Apache CVS web interface. When accessing it with your own CVS client software, use the pserver protocol and login with user anonymous and no password. The CVS repository location is /home/jxproject, and the project name is jx3. To access the source via the Apache CVS web interface, click here .
All communication regarding the source code, including questions, suggestions and contributions, should be communicated via the jxtalk email list.
If you have fixed a bug or made an enhancement to the JX 3 source, zip your changes together in an attachment to an email and send it to jxtalk. The JX 3 maintainer will review the changes and either commit them to the CVS repository or communicate why the changes were not incorporated.
Before you embark upon a major enhancement to JX 3 that you plan to contribute to the JX 3 project, we suggest that you communicate it to others on the jxtalk list. This will help gain acceptance when you've finished making your changes and will alleviate any duplication of effort.
